Community Nursing

Community nursing is a specialized form of nursing that focuses on providing care to people with physical, intellectual, and developmental disabilities.

We work with the individual, their family and other healthcare professionals to provide a holistic approach to care. Our community nurses have the skills and expertise to help people with disabilities manage their health and maintain their independence.

At ROH we assess the individual's needs and provide advice regarding health promotion and maintenance, as well as providing direct care. We also provide counseling, education, and support to individuals and their families.
